This course focuses on exploring the service industry and understanding its key aspects, such as service marketing, customer behavior, customer relationships, service quality, and service design. It also dives into the management side of service delivery, giving students a well-rounded view of how services are provided and improved.

The class is a mix of online and offline sessions, making it a flexible distance-learning experience.

Curriculum is manageable, especially in the first few weeks. Your main focus during this time will be studying the concepts and understanding the basics. There aren’t many homework assignments or tasks early on, so it’s a good opportunity to get comfortable with the material before things pick up later in the semester.

Professor is great. She’s approachable, clear, and really cares about helping you understand the material. She makes sure everyone gets the key points and offers constructive feedback that’s actually helpful. Her instructions for assignments were straightforward, and she was always available for questions.

Midterms: Not Too Scary, But Tricky
