Most information for services like realtors or movers is in Korean or the person you are talking only speaks Korean. This can be very intimidating, I know. That is why I decided to introduce to you guys two services that you can use with limited or no Korean skills when moving!

Ziptoss Realtor

First of all, you need to find a place to move to, right? With all the horror stories going around about fake realtors or getting ripped off as a foreigner, this can be quite a difficult and daunting task, especially if your Korean is very limited. This is where Ziptoss comes in. Ziptoss is a realtor website and app that offers its services in Korean, English, and Chinese. Both the app and the website (https://global.ziptoss.com/en/) can be set in one of these three languages. Now you can start by typing in the area you are searching in and adjusting your search through filters. When you found something, you can contact the realtor. But there is also another option. You can also contact one of their branches near you and directly send them what you are looking for (neighbourhood, apartment type, rent,…) and they will look for you and send you multiple options! Their service also does not cost extra if its not in Korean and I know many people who have found great places through Ziptoss!
