Kyungnam University is a private university founded in 1946, located in Changwon, South Gyeongsang. The Walyoung Campus in Masanhappo District, Changwon, serves as the main campus of the university where most students study. The university's Palyong Campus in Euichang District, Changwon, only hosts mechanical engineering students. The Walyoung Campus is often used as a shooting location for movies and TV shows, such as the second season of "D.P." (2021–), "Hunt" (2022), "Asura: The City of Madness" (2016) and "Uncontrollably Fond" (2016).
