About Myongji University
Myongji University was founded in 1948 and has two campuses, each home to different majors. The Social Science Campus in Seodaemun District, western Seoul has buildings for majors such as humanities and business. The Natural Science Campus in Yongin, Gyeonggi has classes for engineering, construction, international studies and design majors. The university is a Christian school, requiring students to take four semesters of Chapel to graduate. The school has an international studies department, founded in 2017, that offers a majority of classes in Chinese.
