Job interviews can be stressful for just about anyone. But one way to ease your anxiety is knowing what exact questions you'll be asked during the interview.

But how do you know what questions will be asked?

Job Planet, which is a job posting/employer review website, can come in very handy in those cases.

People who actually sat in interviews in the past will leave reviews on Job Planet, telling you interview questions they were asked, the overall atmosphere of the interview and even things you should watch out for.

If it's your first time hearing about the website, here's a quick explanation of how it works!

Finding the reviews

If you want to know how interviews are like for certain company, all you have to do is search the name of the company on Job Planet.

Going to the 면접 (interview) tab, then you will see something like this! You can also adjust the filters to only see interview reviews of positions or divisions you are applying for.

Reviews look like this, with users writing about actual questions they were asked, how the interview went, what type of interview it is, how long it takes for the results to come out, etc.

For example, this user interviewed for an HR position and was asked what qualities the company should look for in new employees, what is the most important evaluation criteria in the case of entry-level applicants and those applying as experienced hires, what types of candidates the should company hire, etc.

You can also check those reviews to find out if it's going to be a 1-on-1 interview, a group interview, interview involving English, a PT interview, etc.

Of course, some reviews aren't as detailed, but reading through all of them does give you a good idea of how the interview is going to be like.

If there's one question that appears in every user's review, it's very likely that you will also be asked that question. You can also see if the questions are more resume/work experience oriented, if the company asks a lot more questions regarding the employee's personality, if there's a lot of questions that ask about industry knowledge, etc, and use that to prepare.
