- Expand Your Horizons at HUFS: From Arts to Adventure!ποΈπ₯πβ¨
Hello there Kcampers.. Itβs me Honey, to introduce myself again, a sophomore transfer student at HUFS, majoring in Media Communication with a double major in Cultural Contents. Iβd like to share some minor courses that I found helpful and easy to follow, which could also benefit international students in different majors.
π To briefly explain the graduation requirements:
1st Major: 54 credits
Double Major: 42 credits
Minor κ΅μ (General Education): 32 credits
Total: 134 credits for graduation
At HUFS, international students can attend minor classes together, so Iβd like to recommend three classes that I found easy to understand and received A/A+ grades in, with ratings above 4 on the class review app, Everytime. β°
Minor Class #1
Course Name: Korean Arts (νκ΅μ μμ )
University: HUFS Seoul Campus
Professor: μ΄μ¬λ
Language: Korean
Textbook: No textbook, uses PowerPoint slides
Assignment: One presentation (5 minutes) on a topic of your choice
Exam: Short answer for midterm and final (about 10 questions)
The professor, a former traditional singer, makes the class special by bringing her κ°μΌκΈ (Korean instrument) and even performing. She speaks slowly and is very kind, encouraging students to speak confidently in Korean and giving compliments.
Minor Class #2
Course Name: Korean Society (νκ΅μ μ¬ν)
University: HUFS Seoul Campus
